On October 5, 2023, Brodard Express celebrated the opening of its new restaurant at John Wayne Airport. The event marked the commencement of a captivating array of concessions set to grace the Thomas F. Riley Terminal.
Distinguished guests, including Orange County Board of Supervisors Vice Chairman Andrew Do, First District, representatives for Supervisor Sarmiento, Second District, Fifth District Supervisor Katrina Foley, and Airport Director Charlene Reynolds attended the grand opening, extending a warm welcome to the tantalizing flavors of Vietnam.
Among the attendees was Disney influencer and esteemed gastronome Erick Lopez of Beastly Appetite. Hailing from Orange County, Lopez generously lent his insightful palate to review the local culinary offerings.
