To further modernize and transform 37,000 square feet of casual dining, quick-serve coffee shops and retail stores, new concession operators representing many of our local favorites have been selected to embody the vibrant essence and culture of Orange County and Southern California.
After an extensive bid process, new retail and food & beverage concessions will soon open at the Airport. The Orange County Board of Supervisors awarded one lease package to Hudson and two packages to Paradies for retail concessions, and two food & beverage packages to HMSHost.
HMSHost will open over a dozen new dining venues featuring several iconic Orange County-born brands including Mama’s Comfort Food & Cocktails, Wahoo’s Fish Taco, Sgt. Pepperoni’s Pizza, Tacos La Pina, Five Vines Wine Bar, and Left Coast Brewery. They will also open a variety of fun, fast vending options, several quick-service brands such as Dunkin’, Auntie Anne’s, and The Habit Burger, and will revamp the Anaheim Ducks Breakaway Bar & Grill.
New retail options from Paradies and Hudson will include specialty boutiques, books, snacks & sundries, unique Orange County gifts, beauty products, travel gear, and basic essentials. Stores and restaurants will begin opening in 2025!
