The John Wayne Airport Terminal was filled with love on February 14, as we celebrated Valentine’s Day with the OC Animal Allies therapy dogs for a “Puppy Love” guest experience activity.
Guests were greeted with wagging tails and wet noses as the OC AirPAWS team roamed the Terminal to pass out Valentine-themed giveaways, including mini plush puppies and puppy-shaped cookies. The pups handed out their AirPAWS trading cards to passengers who took photos and got hugs before boarding their flight. OC Animal Allies is comprised of human and dog ambassadors volunteering their time at the Airport. These 4-legged ambassadors will roam throughout the Airport, greeting interested guests and providing joy to those who want to hug, smooch, or photograph them. To learn more, visit AirPAWS.
