Beginning September 1 through November 30, 2025 John Wayne Airport will once again partner with Make-A-Wish Orange County and Inland Empire to help grant wishes for local children battling critical illnesses. The “Trips that Transform” campaign accepts donations of unused, low balance or soon-to-expire airline miles for American, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest, and United Airlines.
Every mile donated helps Wish Kids and their families travel to destinations across the Country. 75 percent of wishes require air travel, and MAW needs more than 40 million airline miles annually to fulfill travel wishes for children and their families living in Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.
Travelers can donate unused airline miles, travel points, or dollars by visiting ocair.com/wish.
