This prestigious recognition reflects JWA’s continued focus on quality and convenience, investment in improvements, and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
Of the seven core dimensions measured by the study, John Wayne Airport excelled at Departure/To Airport, Ease of Travel Through the Airport, Terminal Facilities, Arrival/From Airport Experience, and Level of Trust with the Airport.
