John Wayne Airport (JWA) is excited to announce that two students who placed in the Airport’s 28th Annual Student Art Contest in 2017 have gone on to win at the international level and were recognized for their artistic talent.  The artwork by the 54 Orange County student artist winners who created “Flying into the Future” contest themed entries was exhibited at JWA from December 2017 to January 2018. Once the exhibit concluded, the artwork was forwarded to compete at the state, national and international levels.

Aryav Sheth (Junior Category, ages 6-9) and Molly Wu (Intermediate Category, ages 10-13) both placed first internationally in their category. The international competition took place in Lucerne, Switzerland.
