John Wayne Airport has released the 2025 Annual Report, which shares our progress as transformation takes flight across every corner of our Airport. We believe —People First, Excellence Always— has shaped every decision we made and every improvement we delivered.
This year marked a pivotal moment as our investments began coming to life. We’re thrilled to have earned the number one ranking for customer satisfaction among large airports in the J.D. Power 2025 North America Airport Satisfaction Study—our second consecutive year at the top. This prestigious honor reflects our unwavering commitment to putting guests first in everything we do.
2025 was also a year of visible progress. Phase one of our Capital Improvement Program brought renovated restrooms, new escalators, and our first reimagined restaurant to the terminal. We also introduced family-focused amenities, including a universal changing table, TSA Family Screening Lane, and a new multi-faith prayer space—all designed to make travel easier and more inclusive for everyone.
As we look ahead, we remain debt-free with a strong financial position, ready to deliver even more new shopping and dining options and continued enhancements through our Capital Improvement Program.
