The results are in, and the 2017 Passenger Survey confirms that John Wayne Airport continues to receive exceptionally high approval ratings from travelers, both visitors and residents alike. The findings found that 95% of all passengers surveyed are satisfied or are very satisfied with their overall experience at JWA. Two-thirds of passengers rate JWA a “5” on a scale of 1 to 5, and 81% said they would recommend JWA to their family, friends and business acquaintances.
Passenger satisfaction was based on overall customer service provided by team members at the Airport, courteous and professional TSA security screening staff, and feeling safe and secure in the Terminal. The Airport is proud to provide an exceptional guest experience and it is our mission to make the time spent at JWA safe, enjoyable and productive.
The Passenger Survey consisted of “intercept” research conducted in the Thomas F. Riley Terminal and a “residential” survey via telephone calls to Orange County residents. The survey was conducted between October 17 and November 3, 2017.
