John Wayne Airport welcomes new Airport Director after the County of Orange conducted a nation-wide recruitment. Charlene Reynolds joins the Airport with more than 20 years of experience, most recently as Chief Commercial Officer for the Houston Airport System. Her extensive aviation experience, plus her years of work in both the public and private sectors is a valuable addition to the Airport.
Reynolds previously worked for Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, serving as Assistant Aviation Director and as Interim Aviation Services Director. She also worked for the City of Phoenix for 15 years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Management from University of Phoenix and has a master’s in Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
