Now Boarding…New Nonstop Destinations
John Wayne Airport (JWA) is excited to add several new nonstop destinations to our lineup. Beginning in February 2021, Allegiant Airlines will begin service at JWA flying nonstop to Boise, ID; Grand Junction, CO; Medford, OR; Missoula, MT; Provo, UT; Reno, NV; and Spokane, WA.

New Sculpture Brings Creative Sense of Flight to Airport
John Wayne Airport is honored to be the recipient of a sculpture generously donated to the Airport’s permanent art collection. The sculpture, created by renowned artist Betty Gold, is titled VOLAR, which means “to fly.” It is located on Baggage Carousel 1, in Terminal A.
“Helping Hands” Receives National Award
The National Association of Counties (NACo) presented John Wayne Airport with an Achievement Award for Best in Category – Human Services for the Airport’s “Helping Hands” program. The program provides individualized assistance, easing the stress associated with airport travel for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other hidden disabilities.
